• Payment Processing: We utilize third-party payment processors for secure billing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• AI & Data Enrichment: We utilize enterprise-grade third-party AI and data enrichment providers to power our lead generation and email drafting features. These providers are contractually prohibited from using data sent via our API to train or improve their models for general use.

This section applies specifically to data obtained through Google Workspace APIs. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• No AI Model Training: We strictly prohibit the use of Google User Data (including email bodies, headers, and metadata) to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
• Data Segregation: Data retrieved from Google APIs is processed solely to perform the user-requested action (e.g., drafting or sending an email) and is not commingled with training datasets.
• Limited Use: We only use Google User Data to provide user-facing features that are prominent in the application's interface. We do not use this data for advertisements or unrelated purposes.
• Access Restricted: We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for the app's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
